Service-oriented, communicative, and reliable professional with extensive experience in customer service, telephone and written customer support, as well as administrative tasks, I am currently seeking a new professional challenge in Mallorca.
I have nearly 20 years of experience in the airport sector, where I developed strong skills in customer care, problem-solving, teamwork, and working efficiently under pressure. In parallel, I gained over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry (pubs, bars, and ice cream shops), where I was responsible for bar service, order management, cash handling, and direct customer assistance in fast-paced environments.
Additionally, I worked as an Office Manager at a training center in Mallorca, managing administrative organization, coordinating courses, supporting students, handling documentation, and overseeing daily internal operations. Solution-oriented work, professional communication, and accurate documentation are part of my daily routine.
I speak Italian (native), Spanish (fluent), and English (fluent). I am confident in the use of PC applications, including MS Office.
I currently live in Palma de Mallorca, have my own vehicle, and am flexible and available for various roles, including customer service, call center, office administration, reception, brand representative, or general administrative positions.
