We are looking for a personality who not only lives Customer Success and Support, but helps build it from the ground up. Ready for the next step?

 

 

 

What you’ll do with us

 

You are the central link between product, customers, and internal teams.

 

You actively help build the Customer Success and Support function for Brainy — structured, scalable, and with a clear focus on quality.

 

You support our customers in their daily business: reliable, solution-oriented, and efficient.

 

You guide onboarding processes and ensure our solution is understood and used correctly from the start.

 

You respond to inquiries, analyze problems, and find solutions.

 

You identify opportunities: for better usage, optimization, and further development.

 

You develop processes, standards, and structures that can scale.

 

 

 

What you bring

 

Experience in Customer Success, Support, or a comparable customer-facing role

 

Ideally a background in software, SaaS, or hospitality

 

Very good German and Italian skills; English is a plus

 

High level of independence and strong sense of responsibility

 

Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable way of working

 

Enjoyment in building and improving processes while ensuring quality

 

Confident handling of customers, even in challenging situations

 

A hands-on mentality, clear communication, and high personal standards
