almost 100 % Remote (Spain) | 20-25 hours per week
Haider, Amme & Partners is a Mallorca-based boutique consulting firm specializing in Change Management, Leadership Development and Talent Management. We currently have the mandate to support a global med-tech enterprise (HQ Germany) throughout a multi-year digital HR transformation with large-scale international rollouts across 60+ countries and 40,000+ employees.
We are hiring a Junior Consultant (Communications & Enablement) to support our Senior Consultants with high-quality presentations (mainly within MS PowerPoint) and well-structured communication and enablement content for our international stakeholders.
What you will do
Create and refine Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for enablement sessions and stakeholder updates (e.g. project management, senior leaders, executives) — including clean storytelling, structure, visuals, and consistent formatting
Turn complex topics into clear, modern communication assets (e.g., FAQs, intranet articles, click guides)
Support day-to-day rollout activities by preparing ready-to-use materials for different target groups and in multiple languages.
Collaborate closely with a small, international team of internal and external colleagues.
Support basic website/intranet content maintenance for our website: www.haider-amme-partners.com in Wordpress.
What you bring (must-haves)
Expert-level PowerPoint skills and genuine enjoyment in creating strong, professional presentations (storyline, layout, charts, visual clarity)
Excellent English and German skills (business level), written and spoken
Advanced Spanish skills, written and spoken
Structured, reliable working style and a passion for creating clear, audience-friendly content
Very welcome (good-to-haves)
Experience with WordPress and website/content maintenance
Corporate / multinational experience
HR experience (e.g. HR operations, HR projects, HR communications, training, change)
Experience with Workday (as end-user or in a project context)
Almost 100 % remote
Working from your home base anywhere in Spain – Spanish tax residency required
This role is not applicable for continuous travel
