Junior Product Manager (all genders)

Based in sunny Palma de Mallorca, you’ll be the mastermind behind our travel packages - setting prices, ensuring everything books smoothly, and keeping our offers fresh and exciting. You’ll craft irresistible product descriptions, run smart online marketing, keep an eye on the competition, and cook up promotions that actually sell. All while monitoring booking trends to make sure we’re always one step ahead.

Your Tasks:

- Managing procurement and pricing for all package offers

- Ensuring seamless bookability and accuracy of all offerings

- Expanding and refining the range of available packages

- Crafting compelling product descriptions and driving marketing initiatives, with a focus on online sales

- Conducting competitor analyses and implementing strategic promotions to boost sales

- Monitoring booking trends and performance to inform decision-making

Your Profil:

-  Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); Spanish skills are a plus

- Completed professional training or a degree in tourism, with a strong passion for the travel industry

- Open to career changers from travel agencies, hospitality, or tour guiding

- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities

- Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new digital tools
