Personal Assistant / Secretary – Portals Nous

We are looking for a personal assistant or secretary to provide support to an employee in managing both personal and administrative tasks. The role combines on-site work (in Portals Nous, Mallorca) with the possibility of partial remote working.
Main tasks:
• Organisation and management of personal and professional schedule.
• Coordination of travel, appointments, reservations and daily activities.
• Support with administrative tasks and documentation.
• Communication by email and telephone in English, German and Spanish.
• Contact with suppliers, services and other collaborators.
• Supervision of domestic tasks and general support.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in similar positions (personal assistant, secretary, office, etc.).
• Fluent English and German (spoken and written) essential.
• Good command of digital tools (email, calendars, online documents).
• Experience in social media management is an advantage.
• Organised, proactive, discreet and decisive.
• Residence close to the Palma / Calvià / Portals Nous area.
• Availability to work on site a few days a week.
• Driving licence and availability for local displacements.
