The main responsibilities of a Team Assistant in Property Management (m/f/d)

include ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, providing comprehensive support to the entire team, and primarily serving as the main point of contact between the sales team and property owners.

Your key responsibilities

- Accompanying sales agents during property visits

- Creating multilingual exposés

- Coordinating appointments between photographers and property owners

- Preparing the marketing agreement

- Requesting all relevant property documents from the owner

- Updating property information (e.g. price changes, etc.)

Your Profile

- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable studies desirable

- First professional experience in administrative positions

- Excellent German and English skills, good Spanish skills (indispensable!)

- Experience working with MS-Office and preferably with CRM-systems

- High level of commitment, organization and multitasking

- Independent way of working and proactivity

- A keen eye for detail combined with a talent and passion for writing

- Very good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of team spirit

- Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance

- Ideally, you are already a resident of Mallorca and dispose of regional knowledge

- Fixed employment contract with a salary base + commission
